With eight years of experience in the architecture industry, Cristin brings a thoughtful, community-focused approach to every project she leads. After a successful career in real estate, she transitioned into architecture, where she spent three years working with a survey and land development planning firm. This foundation gave her a deep understanding of the built environment from the ground up.

Cristin has called Colorado home for the past decade, and her passion lies in revitalizing the small town where she grew up. She has played a key role in meaningful local projects, including the renovation of a community bank, a health clinic, and a public school, each one a testament to her commitment to creating spaces that serve and uplift her community.

Currently, Cristin is in the process of testing for her architectural license, further solidifying her dedication to the profession. Her leadership style is grounded in collaboration, precision, and a genuine care for the people who use the spaces she helps design.
