Scott founded Compass Architecture in 2018. He brings more than a decade of experience with a broad foundation including Higher Education, K-12 Education, Civic, and Medical markets.

Cristin received her Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design from Oklahoma State University in 2012. Since graduating, Cristin has worked in various aspects of the design process, including residential design, house flipping, and land survey drafting.

Lou's artistic ability allows him to develop strong designs and create a vision of the final product to present to clients in a clear, cohesive manner. Beyond work, he stays creatively engaged with photography and shop fabrication.
