As business manager, Lori Lilly plays an integral role within the Compass TDG team. With her extensive background in computer science, math and economics from St. Lawrence University, she oversees TDG’s finances, bookkeeping, and HR needs, in addition to managing other critical day-to-day tasks inside our office. Her excellent management style helps keep other Compass TDG members on track and her adaptability and problem solving skills allow her to step in and help as a welcome addition on select projects.
