A previously unoccupied building, this interior and exterior renovation gives a new home for an art preservation business in Colorado Springs. The design required coordinate for specialty spaces including a dark room, conservation lab, and a matting/framing room. The building allowed them to expand their art studio spaces without sacrificing office space, their library, or a photo studio.
