The strength building area is equipped with squat racks, kettlebells, and resistance band stations, providing a comprehensive setup for physical therapy and fitness training. The motion development area features a long turf track, offering a soft surface for exercises such as lunges and sled pulls. Additionally, an impact wall is designed for medicine ball throws, enhancing the versatility of the space.

Three private treatment areas are decorated with energizing wall graphics, creating a motivating environment for clients. Curtains in these areas allow for quick flexibility, enabling treatments to occur either in an open space or privately.
