Compass TDG was engaged to reimagine an outdated medical office space in Colorado Springs, transforming it to meet the needs of a new tenant and a growing healthcare business. The goal was to create a fresh, modern environment that aligned with the client’s brand while introducing design elements unique to this location.

The challenge was to design a space that felt both professional and welcoming, while fitting seamlessly into its Colorado Springs context. Compass TDG approached the project with a focus on patient experience, circulation, and comfort—key elements in successful healthcare architecture.

The new design features soothing colors and materials, wood finish flooring, and strategically placed design elements in both pre-procedure and post-procedure areas. Glass office partitions and barn style glazed doors provide privacy without sacrificing natural light, while custom vinyl wall graphics add personality and reinforce the brand identity.

Patient flow was a top priority. Every detail along the patient’s journey—from entry to exam room—was considered with care. The layout ensures that both patients and staff can navigate the space efficiently without disrupting one another, creating a calm and intuitive environment for all users.
