Red Leg Brewing Containers

Restaurant

30th and Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs, CO

Red Leg Brewing Company in Colorado Springs has expanded its facility to include a vibrant outdoor dining and drinking area, brought to life by Compass. This innovative space features 10 different shipping containers, each finished out to accommodate local restaurants, liquor vendors, a bike shop, and a communal wash area. The creative use of shipping containers provides a sustainable solution, creating an exciting environment that attracts visitors year-round.

Local businesses such as Oliver's Deli, Bob's Lobstah Trap, Public House, High Rise Pizza, and Sasquatch Cookies have set up shop in these containers, each equipped with a full commercial kitchen squeezed into a compact 160-square-foot footprint. This clever design allows for a diverse range of culinary offerings in a unique and engaging setting. The outdoor area is designed to host bands weekly during the summer, adding to the lively atmosphere and making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists.

The new environment at Red Leg Brewing Company offers a great space to enjoy food and drinks, whether inside the cozy containers or outside in the open air. This project not only enhances the brewery's facilities but also supports local businesses and fosters a sense of community. It's a perfect spot to relax, socialize, and enjoy the vibrant Colorado Springs scene.
